Beginner Flag Football for Boys/Girls - Summer 2026

This is a great intro experience to flag football for boys and girls going into 1st and 2nd grade for the 2026-2027 school year. Each day all athletes report to the football field directly south of the tennis courts at Rosemount Middle School at 9:50am. They will be randomly placed on teams to play from 10:00-10:45am.

Kids entering 1st & 2nd Grade will use a soft football and an Irish Football Player serves as All-Time QB for each game and works to spread the ball around so all athletes get opportunities to participate and gain confidence!

Dates: June 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30 July  7, 9, 14

Go Girl Flag 2026 - Summer 2026

Each team will play 10 games. All teams need to have a minimum of 7 players.Teams are allowed to have a coach that agrees to the coaching code of conduct prior to the season. (Rosemount Middle School Fields 10 & 11 - directly north and west of the current Rosemount Middle School)  

4th/5th/6th Grade Division - 10:45-11:30

7/8/9th Grade Division - 10:45-11:30

Irish Youth Football Camp 2026 - Summer 2026

Youth Football Camp - Non Padded Camp for Athletes going into grades 3-8

June 22-June 25 12:45-3:15pm

This camp is run by Rosemount High School Football Coaches and players on the RMS practice fields.  This is a great camp for teaching fundamentals and for introducing the various concepts within the game of football.   We work hard to provide a nice balance of instruction, skill development, & opportunities to play in flag football & ultimate football games. 

Who can attend the camp?
The camp is open to athletes entering grades 3-8 who are interested in learning more about football fundamentals and the basics of the game. No prior football experience is required!

Team Flag 2026 "TOP DAWG" League - Summer 2026

We will have several leagues that play 10 games, weather permitting.  All teams need a minimum of 7 players.  Games will be on the fields directly north and west of current Rosemount Middle School. We are transitioning from this league being called Team Flag to "TOP DAWG"

8:30-9:15am 7th/8th Grade Games; Possible 9th grade games

9:15-10am 5th/6th Grade Games; Possible 9th grade games    

10-10:45am 3rd/4th Grade Games; Possible 9th grade games
